We are delighted to go live with our new website today. Thanks to our friends at Tekal Studios, Vancouver, we now have a website we can grow with. Young as an organization, but with a team who has already worked together for quite some time, we hope our new home pages demonstrate our substantial range of products and services. Snow Castle is a privately held game developer and consulting company. We are also the home of the gameXplore family of products and the Book of Games series. In October 2009 Snow Castle acquired the rights to the gameXplore IP portfolio from Game Index and Statistical Analysis AS, including the world leading gameBase database of video games, the gameLink plug-in, the gameScan in-store information system and the Book of Games series of videogame reference books.

Game development activities range from complete in-house concept-to-finish development of our own titles to client defined flash-based mini-game solutions. We also provide services for other game developers ranging from programming outsourcing, to project management technical problem solving and creative assistance. Consulting activities include interactivity auditing and interactivity enhancements of commercial and media websites and range from ready-made modules such as the QuizIt engine to tailor made interactive flash games or 3D walk-through solutions. We approach the concept of web consulting and interactivity as game developers. User interaction is intrinsic to everything we do.

Snow Castle is based in Oslo, Norway and represented in North America through its wholly owned subsidiary, Game Explore North America Inc. Game Explore North America is a Canadian corporation based in Ottawa, ON with its US office in McLean, VA.
